In the spirit of honoring my Dad, I realized that I forgot to share a picture with you in my last email. This is my Dad. And if you missed that post, here it is.
In Dad’s last few days with us, I asked him if there was anything he wanted to do in his life that he didn’t accomplish. He said “No.” It gave me so much peace to know that he lived so fully and completely. I believe he spent his last few years tying up loose ends, knitting together holes, and making wrongs right again.
This idea of living fully and completely has stuck with me like glue. So, as I begin planning for what to put on the 2020 canvas, it’s looking different than in past years. The process is taking me deeper.
Yesterday, I participated in something that is already having a huge impact on my life, and I want to share it with you.
It’s called the Commitment Blueprint.
A little background… For years, I’ve been teaching a concept called “Feelings vs. Commitments.” This came out of my own experience allowing my feelings to run the show for many years. When I realized the impact of this, I knew that I need to be clear on what I’m committed to if I want to gain massive traction in the most important areas of my life. And, that I need to start letting my commitments take the lead more often. I’ve been helping others gain clarity on their commitments ever since I got clear on my own.
Which is why I’m so excited to introduce you to Tara McMullin!
Tara popped into my life years ago when we briefly worked together through a company I was partnered with. I’ve followed her journey since and she has CONSISTENTLY brought incredible (I don’t say this lightly!) value to my life and business. Her process and values are very aligned with the way I’m committed to showing up in the world.
Back to the thing I did yesterday: it was Tara’s Commitment Blueprint, which I’m eager for you to try for yourselves. This blueprint takes you through the real work needed for creating an extraordinary year.
Some of the old ways of setting goals feel outdated, because they are missing approaches to pull us through the hard parts. Or sometimes we simply aren’t setting goals that are truly aligned internally. This blueprint is different.
Go here to watch the full (complimentary) workshop. You are going to love this.
When you click over, be prepared to pause and do the deep work and writing. I suggest setting aside 2 hours for this process. It may sound like a lot, but it just might be the most important thing you do all year. Really.
There is no catch here. Just a gift Tara has put out into the world that I was inspired to share with you. Enjoy.
I can’t wait to hear about the commitments you make with yourself for the year ahead!
